Five phases
What happens in each phase
PHASE 01 · HYGIENE AND SECURITY
Remove what is already causing harm, and switch on measurement
We start by fixing the errors that disrupt enquiry handling and put data at risk, and we set up basic analytics.
- Lock down back-office access to stored enquiries on the real estate website with server-side authorisation; run a short security review of the other websites.
- Repair the enquiry path wherever it breaks: the Commodities and Marketing forms, the Pay buttons, and the legal and contact pages on Travel and Private Collection.
- Set up basic analytics and enquiry tracking, so that the results of development and promotion can be measured from then on.
- Bring figures and claims into one consistent version on each website; remove risky wording; send the facts on Global Mobility programmes for expert verification.
- Review the backlink profile: cross-check it in Google Search Console and against its history, then decide on disavowal based on the findings.
PHASE 02 · MACHINE READABILITY
Reliable websites that search engines and AI assistants can read
Goal: user flows that work, server-rendered content where there is currently an empty app shell, and a passing score on our technical checklist.
- Server-side rendering (SSR) of content for BFG Advisory and BFG Properties — one implementation option; the existing SPA may need substantial architectural rework, and we will confirm the scope once we have seen the code.
- Across all websites: a single machine-readable company description, sitemaps, canonical tags, correct 404s and unique titles; an llms.txt file for AI assistants wherever a specific tool actually reads it.
- Structured data (schema markup) for the organisation, services, offers and FAQs, built on existing content.
- A repeat check against our checklist and a repeat measurement of AI assistant answers.
PHASE 03 · ONE GROUP
Establish the group as a single entity
Layers 1–5 from the “Ecosystem” section.
- An organisation graph once the legal relationships are confirmed: parent company and subsidiaries; legal entities and addresses by country.
- A shared group block in the footer, and cross-links along the five client journeys.
- Group and company profiles on LinkedIn, in directories and on Wikidata — only where there is a real presence; consistent descriptions; dealing with namesakes.
- Decisions on clones and duplicates: bfg-int.com, bfg-food.com, BFG Luxury versus Private Collection, and the respective roles of Marketing and Digital.
PHASE 04 · DEMAND AND CONTENT
Win a place in answers, guided by measured demand
For each business line, a hub built around the questions buyers are already asking.
- Advisory: a UAE compliance calendar for 2026–2027 and an e-invoicing product; service terms published openly.
- Properties: mortgages for non-residents and the Golden Visa through a mortgage-financed purchase; a property showcase split into “Dubai” and “International”.
- Global Mobility: a hub for UAE residents, “Plan B before 2028”, and the UAE Golden Visa in tandem with Properties.
- Travel: seasonal destinations, Umrah, and packages as structured offers. Commodities: specifications and the halal corridor. Private Collection: market notes and an off-market desk.
- Marketing and Digital: an “AI visibility” product and an “AI-ready website” standard for their clients. Language versions wherever the audience does not speak English.
PHASE 05 · AGENTS AND MEASUREMENT
Websites as tools for AI agents, and ongoing measurement
Buyers’ AI agents can not only read the group’s websites but also act on them.
- Machine-readable catalogues and feeds: Commodities products, Properties projects, Global Mobility programmes, Travel packages.
- Enquiry endpoints for agents — “request a quote”, “request a proposal”, “find a programme” — on the group site and on the company websites.
- Analytics and attribution across all websites: referrals from AI assistants, enquiries by source, a single report for the group.
- Monthly measurement: 45 buyer questions and 9 brand-name questions × 3 assistants, our technical checklist across nine websites, and the backlink profile; a quarterly report with decisions.
What the result looks like
What you can check for yourself after each phase
- After Phase 1: back-office access is locked down, forms and links work, the legal pages are genuine, enquiry tracking is switched on, and each website carries one consistent set of figures.
- After Phase 2: Advisory and Properties serve their service content without JavaScript, the user flows work end to end, and our technical checklist shows a passing score.
- After Phase 3: when asked “What is BFG Group?”, AI assistants describe your group and its nine companies, not its namesakes.
- After Phase 4: the companies appear in AI assistant answers to buyer questions in their own business lines; each line has a hub that assistants cite.
- After Phase 5: a buyer’s AI agent can send an enquiry to the group with no human involved; you see enquiries by source and the trend in mentions in a single report.
Every measurement uses the same tools as this audit and can be reproduced: our checklist tool run against each website’s address, questions to assistants through the same interface, and demand measured on the same queries.
