Ecosystem · one group for AI assistants

Nine websites, eleven hubs, five legal entities — and to people and AI assistants alike, this is not yet one group

The group site, bfg-group.net, describes an integrated platform of nine divisions. The nine divisional websites themselves do not link to it and make no reference to one another. To an AI assistant, they are nine unrelated companies at different addresses — while the BFG name is already taken by other organisations. Below is how the group looks today and what we propose you build.

How the group looks today

The platform exists on the group site. There are no links between the sites.

Group site
bfg-group.net: nine divisions, eleven hubs (UAE, Singapore, Greece, the Baltics, Turkey, Malaysia, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Canada, Hong Kong, USA), and the legal entities BFG International FZCO, BFG Luxury (coming soon), BFG Advisory, BFG Investments (bfginv.fund) and BFG Consulting & Trading. The only site in the group with an llms.txt file for AI assistants.
Links: group site → divisions
To five of the nine: bfgadvisory.com, bfg-marketing.com, bfg-pay.com, bfgproperties.ae, bfgglobalmobility.com (plus bfginv.fund). There are no links to bfgtravel.com, bfgcommodities.com, bfgprivatecollection.com or bfg-digital.com.
Links: divisions → group site
None. Not one of the nine sites mentions BFG Group or links to bfg-group.net; the only reference is the phrase “agreement with BFG Group” on a single BFG Advisory page.
Links between divisions
Technical only: BFG Advisory’s forms run on BFG Digital infrastructure. Content links: zero.
Shared office
BFG Advisory and BFG Properties share one office in Burj Al Salam on Sheikh Zayed Road. Both sell the Golden Visa, yet neither links to the other.
Clones and duplicates
bfg-int.com is a full clone of bfg-marketing.com (Hong Kong); bfg-food.com is a broken WordPress site (error 500), and its connection to the group is not confirmed; BFG Luxury on the group site and BFG Private Collection are, in substance, one business line under two names.

What this means. AI assistants build their picture of a company as an entity: name, address, relationships, corroboration. Today BFG Group consists of nine entities with addresses in five countries, with no links between them and no shared description. That is why, on brand-name questions, assistants substitute other companies, and on buyer questions they find none of yours.
Namesakes

The BFG name is already taken — and AI assistants pull it from other organisations

In 9 of 27 answers to brand-name questions, AI assistants cited third-party websites carrying the letters BFG — 22 different domains in all. The most prominent is bfg-globals.com (Business & Finance Group, a business publication according to its own website): 161 referring domains, more than any site in the group (the highest, bfgadvisory.com, has 140).

The fix is structural, not promotional: a single spelling, “BFG Group”; one organisation in the structured data, with its subsidiaries added once the relationships are confirmed; sameAs links to confirmed profiles; one logo and one description; listings on Google and in directories wherever the company is actually present. This gives AI assistants one source instead of scattered websites and namesakes.
What we propose to build

One entity for AI assistants: six layers

LAYER 1 · GRAPH
Organisation graph
Once the legal relationships between the companies are confirmed: Organization markup for “BFG Group” on bfg-group.net, listing its subsidiary organisations; on every website, markup stating the parent organisation, the legal entity and the address. One graph instead of nine islands.
LAYER 2 · LINKS
Cross-links along the client journey
A standard “Part of BFG Group” block in the footer of every site, plus content links wherever clients actually move from one service to the next: from visa to property, from company registration to account and website, from the collection to a trip.
LAYER 3 · FILES
llms.txt files for AI assistants on every site
The file on the group site describes the group and routes to the divisions; each site’s own file describes the company, its services, its limitations and how to get in touch. Plus an AI access manifest (ai-access.json) and bot rules, identical across all domains.
LAYER 4 · CONTACTS
Consistent addresses and legal entities by country
The actual roles of legal entities and offices in each country, stated consistently in the structured data and on the legal pages; one spelling of the brand; one phone and email format per company; consistent map listings. We do not invent a single head-office address — we record the real structure.
LAYER 5 · PROFILES
External profiles and disambiguation from namesakes
A group page on LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Wikidata and in directories — where the group actually has a presence and in line with each platform’s rules; consistent descriptions; the first external publications about the group. This is where AI assistants get their corroboration.
LAYER 6 · AGENTS
The group’s agent layer
A machine-readable description of tools on the group site — “request a consultation”, “request a quote”, “find a programme”, “find a property” — each routed to the right company. The websites become tools for the buyer’s AI agents, not just shop windows.
Client journeys

Five journeys the group can sell under a single contract

Today each company sells only its own services. AI assistants can recommend “the one provider who can handle all of it”. That is an advantage none of the competitors in the lists above has.

JourneyChainWhat to connect on the sites
Relocating a high-net-worth family to the UAEGlobal Mobility → Properties → Advisory → Private Collection → Travel → Paya “Moving to the UAE” page on the group site; links visa ↔ housing ↔ structures ↔ assets; concierge and payments as a service
Starting a business in the UAEAdvisory → Pay → Digital (“starter kit”) → Marketing → Travel (corporate desk)a single “company + account + website” enquiry; onboarding with the travel desk
A trading company and its first containerAdvisory (licence) → Commodities → Pay (settlements) → Travel (buyer tours)a “registration + first container” package; trade settlement built into the process
Property investorProperties → Global Mobility (Golden Visa) → Advisory (ownership structure) → Paya “mortgage + Golden Visa” hub; a “Golden Visa vs second passport” comparison
A collector and a “plan B”Private Collection → Travel → Pay → Advisory → Global Mobilitymarket notes that lead on to trips and structures; a “Plan B before 2028” product
Compiled from the site crawl and the market facts in the company sections
These journeys are links between the sites and the handover of an enquiry from one company to another — not an automatic exchange of personal data across the whole group. The parent/subOrganization markup goes in only once the legal relationships between the companies are confirmed.
Links and trust

Backlink profile: a recurring set of low-quality links, and what to do about it

What we see. Across seven sites, the same templated anchor texts and the same low-quality referring domains keep recurring, with a DataForSEO spam score of 36–62. This is a sign of an unnatural link profile. Who created these links, and why, cannot be established from this data.
  • Cross-check the profile in Google Search Console and against its history, then decide from the findings what to disavow — no blanket disavow based on a single metric.
  • Earned links for each business line: industry platforms and directories that AI assistants actually read — licence registers, trade media, exhibition and association profiles, bylined articles by experts.
  • Group-wide news: a product launch, a hub opening, a market report — one story earns links for several sites at once.
  • Measure every quarter: referring domains, spam score, share of citations in AI assistant answers.
Summary
As a business, BFG Group already works as one. We propose making it one for machines as well: a single entity, connected websites and clear client journeys, along which an AI assistant can guide a person from their question to the right company.
  • Brand-name questions: AI assistants talk about you and cite your websites, not those of your namesakes.
  • Buyer questions: each company appears in answers for its own business line — starting where the Google search demand estimate is highest.
  • Client journeys: the group can be offered as a “one-stop shop” across related services.
  • A single monthly measurement: 45 buyer questions and 9 brand-name questions × 3 assistants, one report for the whole group.
